Terms of service.
How a project with Eclipse Studio works, what you pay and when, and what each side promises. Each project also has its own signed agreement; where the two differ, the signed agreement applies.
What we do
We design and build websites. The scope of a project is the package you choose, the number of pages, and the add-ons listed in your order. Anything not listed there is outside the scope.
A change that falls outside the scope needs a short written addendum, agreed by both sides, before the work starts.
Ordering
You place an order on this website or with us directly. Before any payment, both sides sign a written service agreement (Perjanjian Jasa Pembuatan Website) that states the scope, the schedule and the price.
Price and payment
Prices are in Indonesian rupiah and are the prices shown on this website at the time you order.
- 50% of the total is paid when the agreement is signed. The project starts when it arrives.
- The remaining 50% is paid after you approve the finished site on its preview link. We publish the site once that payment has arrived.
- Payments are accepted only through the payment page on this website or into the business account named on your invoice. We never ask you to pay into a personal account.
- Fees billed monthly, such as an AI chatbot, start after launch and are not part of the two payments above.
Schedule
Delivery times are counted in working days (Monday to Friday) from the day we receive your content: logo, photos and text. If we are waiting on you for content or feedback, the count pauses until it arrives.
Revisions
Each package includes a number of revision rounds: Essential 2, Signature 3, Eclipse 5. Further rounds, and pages beyond those your package includes, are charged at the prices on the packages page.
Approval
You see the complete site on a preview link before paying the second 50%. Approval in writing, including by WhatsApp or email, counts. If we hear nothing within 14 days and after two reminders, the preview counts as approved.
What you give us
You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, photos and text you supply, and that they may be published on your website.
Who owns what
Once the final payment has arrived, the design and the content of your site are yours.
We keep the reusable components and tools we build with. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Hosting, domain and support
- Hosting, the domain and SSL are included for 1 year. The domain is registered in your name.
- From the second year, renewal is optional and costs Rp1.000.000 a year. We tell you well before the year ends.
- If you choose not to renew, we hand the code and the domain over to you within 7 days.
- For 30 days after launch, fixes and small changes are included at no charge.
Cancelling and refunds
- Before design work starts: the deposit is refunded, less any payment-provider fees.
- After the first design concept has been shown: the deposit is kept.
- If we are more than 14 days late without good reason: you may cancel and the deposit is refunded in full.
Promo codes
A promo code reduces the price of the package and its pages, not of add-ons. Some codes need proof of eligibility, which we check within one working day. If the proof does not meet the programme's conditions, the order may continue at the regular price with your agreement, or the deposit is refunded. Codes cannot be combined with one another.
Your data
Each side keeps the other's information confidential and handles personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). The privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
Disagreements
If something goes wrong, we talk it through first (musyawarah). If that does not settle it, we try mediation, and after that the district court. Indonesian law applies.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version is published here with its date. A project under way stays under its signed agreement.
