Privacy policy.
What Eclipse Studio collects about you, why, who can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Written to follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
What we collect
- When you place an order: your business's name and kind, the name of the person signing, a WhatsApp number, an Instagram handle and an email address if you give them, what you need the site to do, and your deadline. If you use a promo code that needs proof, the proof you give, such as a business registration number.
- When you use the contact form: your name, the WhatsApp number or email you want a reply on, and your message.
- When you write to us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email: what you send us there.
- During a project: the logos, photos and text you supply for your site.
What we do not collect
- No card or bank details. Payments are handled by a payment provider; we see that a payment was made, not the details of your account.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. This website does not follow you around the internet.
- No account or password. You do not sign in to use this website.
While you fill in the order form, your answers are kept in your own browser so a refresh does not lose them. They leave your browser only when you submit the order, and are cleared when you close the tab.
Why we use it
- To prepare your quote and your service agreement, and to carry out the project. This is needed to fulfil the contract with you.
- To reply to a question you sent us. This is based on your consent when you write to us.
- To keep invoices and receipts, as bookkeeping and tax rules require.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
Who can see it
Only Eclipse Studio. To do the work we rely on a few service providers, who handle data on our behalf and only for these purposes:
- Website and database hosting
- The payment provider, once online payments are switched on
- The electronic signature service used for agreements
- AI tools that help us draft replies and summaries. Phone numbers and email addresses are not shared with them
Some of these providers store data outside Indonesia. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Project and payment records are kept for as long as bookkeeping and tax rules require. Messages that do not lead to a project are deleted when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct something that is wrong
- delete your personal details. Amounts, dates and invoice numbers are kept where the law requires it
- stop using your details for a purpose you agreed to earlier
Write to us on WhatsApp or by email and we will act on it as UU PDP requires. There is no charge.
How we protect it
Client records are kept in a private system that only the studio can open, behind a password and a second sign-in step, and every change to them is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you.

When this policy changes, the new version is published here with its date.
